1. Lights are electric, but some can be made for candle use.
2. The lights are UL-certified.
3. Lights are made to your order.

5. Hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. EST Saturday, and other times, by appointment.

9. Applicable sales tax and/or shipping handling charges are added to each order.

13. Most lights take a standard Edison bulb.
14. Some lights can be made for candelabra style.
15. As each light is made by hand, each finish batch is unique. If you order multiple pieces at the same time, those finishes will be done together so they will match.
16. We do not make gas lanterns at this time.
17. We do not make oil lanterns at this time.
18. We do have posts available at an extra charge for post lights.
19. We accept returns of our lights-must be uninstalled and undamaged.
20. E-mail is looked at daily and answered as soon as we can.
21. You are ultimately the best judge of what light will look best on your house; we can advise you on what other customers have been happy with. A good suggestion is to cut out cardboard pieces to the different dimensions to see what is the size you want/need.
22. Replacement globes are available; price varies with size.
23. If you're interested in something but didn't see it, surface mail a drawing, photo, or description to us and we'll gladly quote you a price.
